Silver Service: £200.00 finder’s fee
Our setting up charge includes:
- Inspecting the Property for Valuation purposes.
- Erecting a “To Let” board outside the Property (if required).
- Attending the Property with prospective Tenants.
- Taking up references and supplying copies to you.
- Collecting and holding a bond.
- Preparing and Signing of a Short hold Tenancy.
- Informing all the relevant services on the change of occupancy.
- Advertising Costs.
- Preparing the Inventory.
- Land Registry Search on the Guarantor for proof of ownership.
Gold Service: 6.5% per month full management service
All of the silver service plus the following:
- Receiving the due rent from the tenant.
- Dispersing the rental monies as per your instructions.
- Periodic inspection of the Property.
- Arranging for minor repairs (as mentioned in previous page)
- On the termination of the tenancy we will check the inventory and inspect the Property.
- Liaise with your Accountant in connection with your tax liability.
- Upon instruction we require a £50.00 administration fee, the remaining £150.00 becomes payable when a tenant is secured. If for any reason we do not find a tenant within six months the £50.00 will be fully refunded.
